Arch/ring files are mostly made up of metal, cardboard, and the plastic vinyl sleeve that the cardboard is wrapped in.
How to recycle or dispose?
1. Pop the metal components and rings out – recycled as iron.
2. Vinyl is often glued onto the paper board. It cannot be recycled and must be thrown away as general wastes.
